One size does NOT fit all when dealing with people and leaders must be able to adapt in order to be effective. One common misconception is that it’s up to the subordinates to make adjustments to a leader’s style... that kind of leader will struggle and likely fail!!
Todd Simmons is a retired Command Chief Master Sergeant and is now the founder and president of Courageous Leadership Alliance. Mr. Simmons has made it his life’s work to help develop leaders and mold organizations to foster healthy a work environment.
