Empathy... Sympathy.... what’s the difference...? I was always told you should make decisions based on emotions.. is that correct?

We all know single mother’s struggle... but do we know of any resources in their local community that supports them? Should you prevent the father access or visitation with their child if they are unable to pay child support.
